We have over 30 professionals working on the production of our confectionary. Each staff is trained to maintain the high quality of the products and the hygiene level throughout our seasons. Their level of attention to detail can only be achieved with experience and great teamwork.

The unique layout of the factory enables guests to observe how the products are efficiently made, and how much pride we put into our work.


My mission

We sometimes make 30,000 Tochimochi a day. I put my heart into every one of them.
